4G Telemetry Help!

So need a little help please! I have a Navio2 with a rpi3b+ and Huawei E3372 4g modem, using Zeroteir I can connect to the webserver running on the pi however using Mission Planner it wont connect to the through Mavlink, I have tried turning widows firewall off but still nothing! any help would be most appreciated!

Does the video pass through? Are you sure the IP you use for the GCS is correct?
I know the docs is a little unclear, but when you install the rtk image from emlid.com, do not install anything else.
UAVcast will do it for you.

Install RTK image.
Install UAVcast-Pro
Select the Navio vehicle in the flightcontroller page
Add a destination in Ground Control Page.
