LTE Equipment Buy List for Quadcopter using UAVcast-PRO

Can someone please list out what I will need to buy to build a Quad/Hex-copter from scratch that can run UAVcast-PRO so that I can control the drone from my computer with GroundControl over 4G LTE ?

Looking at the most cost effective way to get full functionality including video streaming.

Looking for links to Amazon kits, ebay specials, etc 🙂

I don't just mean the necessary LTE equipment ... I mean all the equipment to make an LTE enabled Drone 🙂

Also I believe the software to control the drone and even view the camera live video feed is called Mission Planner made by ArduPilot (not GroundControl).
