Connecting to UAV Matrix web interface when raspi connected to LTE

Hi,
I think I have a common issue, which is, that when my Raspberry Pi is connected to wifi I can easily access the UAV matrix web interface, while when I am connecting to LTE through a Telit modem, I couldn't access the UAV matrix web interface. I installed a few DDNS and I am able to reach my raspi through ssh, but still couldn't reach UAV matrix web interface.
can you please guide me on that, and if possible step by step?

when using "remot.it ", I can get like this, almost open web interface but not open.

Update: by changing my browser(from google to firefox) I am able to open uav matrix now, however, I am still unable to stream from UAV matrix to mission planner, when I am connecting to wifi, I can, but once disconnect from wifi and connected to LTE then link between uav matrix and mission planner will cut off.

update, I have used Zerotier VPN to connect to UAV matrix from fix ip, however I am still unable to stream telemetry data from uav matrix to mission planner.
till now, I am only able to stream from uav matrix to mission planner when all connected to same wifi.

I want to try using openvpn, can anyone guide where can I get the .ovpn file?
