Web interface no longer loading

Hi,

Since yesterday evening, I cannot access the web interface anymore. Before that, I could access it and managed to establish a telemetry connection to QGroundControl via UDP (not yet via TCP, but that's for another time). I enabled auto-start. Now, when I type the (VPN) IP address of the RPi in any browser, I always get the error message:

This site can’t be reached 10.242.0.223 refused to connect.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

We are using a Lychee by Dronee, which is a combined RPi & Cube autopilot. The RPi runs Raspbian Stretch, the flight controller PX4. The internet connection is established either through ethernet or a Huawei E3372 4G dongle. Both options currently do not work. A ZeroTier VPN connection is established. It is through this VPN that I communicate with the RPi via ssh, so I know this IP address is working.

I tried reinstalling UAVcast Pro and got the error message and build.log that you find in the zip file

This seems like a database persmission error. I have made a fix for this in version 3.0.5 (not published yet)
Could you please send a mail to support@uavmatrix.com and i will reply you with a download link for version 3.0.5.

As a quick fix, you could try to type sudo chown -R mongodb:mongodb /var/lib/mongodb/ then restart RPI and check if webinterface is accessable.

Hi,

It's happening again. Yesterday I could stream for 1h30 non-stop, today I can't even access the web interface.

When running top command (via ssh through ZeroTier VPN) I occasionally see webinterface command pop up, but at the next refresh it's gone again.

How do I get it back to work again?

I need more information to help you out.
If you could provide me the following:

UAVcast-Pro version:
Try connect using your local network address instead of Zerotier.
If possible to access webinterface, download logfiles from UAVcast page and attach here.
From a command promt ssh shell, type systemctl status UAVcast-Web and paste the result here.

We're running UAVcast-Pro version 3.0.5.
Doesn't work either
I can't access it. Is there a way to manually launch it from console?

You need to update UAVcast-Pro to the latest, that should fix your problem.
