Installation Fails

Unfortunately the installation on my Raspberry Pi Zero W fails. I am running Rasbian Buster. I can download and extract the tar file. The installIation fails after a some seconds, even if I use the "force" command. I bought UAVcast-Pro Basic today.

It says I should check my internet connection, but my internet connection seems fine. I am browsing the web, watching youtube videos and downloading files all the time. I am accessing my RPI via SSH on Wifi. I don't have any peripherals like keyboard, mouse or monitor attached to the RPI.

Below you find the installation log and the console log. I had to convert them to PDF, as this forum didn't allow me any other file formats.

Concerning my internet connection I get following behaviour:

I can ping google.com, raspberry.org and discord.com without any problems. But uavmatrix.com fails. Why does uavmatrix not respond to ping?

Has anybody an idea why my installation doesn't work?

Seems link your apt comand is broken.
Try to run this command
sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/lock

And then start the installation again.

RetoB the problem is that you RPI cannot run the standard update command.
sudo apt-get update

I guess you get an error when running that command.

How did you install this version of buster?
Do you get any errors when running this command
sudo apt update

Thanks a lot for your hint. Now I got the problem solved: It was an outdated version of Rasbian Buster. I went through following commands:

sudo apt update

sudo apt full-upgrade

The update took quite long, about an hour. After that and a reboot the curl installation method worked just fine:

I seem to have had an outdated version of Raspbian Buster before (it was a pre-installed) that didn't accept your installation script. This is my first Raspberry project, so I recognize the importance of updating the system.

Now everything works fine: The webinterface starts up, it accepts my license key and I can push my project on.
