Sinamics DickOu goto application page, press reset database button. Then goto flight controller and select gpio. Press connect. Now you should be able to connect mission planner using rpi ip and port 5790. Or add a udp destination in ground control.

RPI can shutdown or reboot by itself if you dont have proper power source. DickOu for RPI 3 or RPI 4, yes leds always stay in RED flash, for RPI 0 alway stay in green. they are all connect to same pixhawk telemetry port. and I check its voltage, around 5V.
