Does anyone know how to use h265 & gStreamer

Is there anyone that knows how to compile and use H265 on RPI2 ?
I have compiled libde265 with success, and i got H265parse, but im struggling to get rtph265pay or rtph265depay to work.

gst-inspect:

videoparsersbad:  h265parse: H.265 parser
typefindfunctions: video/x-h265: h265, x265, 265
libav:  avdec_h265: libav HEVC (High Efficiency Video Coding) decoder

i guess it would be worth another try.

The gstreamer supports x265 encorder,but I don‘t know whether it can run on raspberry pi or not.There are few examples.

did anything ever come of this? If I understand correctly, the new Nvidia Jetson boards have hardware support for h265 encoding. With h265 using a significantly lower bitrate than h264, that must means significantly better results with uaxmatrix, no?
