The easiet would be to buy UAVcast-Pro. This application will stream video and telem to any destination you want.

Hello there, I know this post has been up for a while but wanted to follow these steps to get telem and video streaming on my 4G network. I dont want to pay for UAVcast-Pro especially since its a reoccurring payment and not 1 time. Please tell me if all these steps are still the same and if anything needs to be changed for installing on Raspi 4 Buster. Thanks in advance.

Most of these instructions are outdated, but it guess it`s still valid to a certain extent.
You definitely have to tweak allot to get everyting proper configured.

Oops sorry. I just noticed you ARE the creator of Uav-cast pro. I am deciding right now if I want to purchase it. Even though I know a little linux, it would be nice to have software do it all.

My one question is if I want to control a "web cam" that has pan and tilt, will UAVcast-pro be able to have full functionality?

devonow UAVcast itself cannot control camera yet, but you could just use mission planner or QGC and send camera control from there.

The camera has its own survellance software (amcrest). Is it possible to use UAV-cast as a bridge for the amcrest software to talk to the camera?

I guess all it would need is the data connection.

devonow I dont know anything about that system, but i guess you could control it as long as you are able to react RPI over TCP/IP.
